That the Wasatch Commons Condominium Association official adopt 1) the Proposal System and Format, in the form it was on May 23, 1995 initiall proposed, adopted and, over the years, expanded upon by their predecessor in interest, Wasatch Cohousing; and 2) the complete set of Proposals [Rules & Regulations] as they have been previously consensed to by Wasatch Cohousing and as they now may relate to the business and management of the Wasatch Commons Condominium Association; and 3) the complete set of Proposals as they have been previously consensed to by this HOA in the interim period preceding the official adoption of the Proposal Process.
