Gwen announced at the ACM that she will no longer continue on maintenance. We will have to decide at the ACM how to replace Gwen. What is the deal with the roofs? Apparently it turned out that the company that looked at the roofs seems quite expensive; they charge $100 an hour. On the other hand, George spent half a day trying to fix the workshop roof, and he thought he had fixed it, but it had zero effect.
We also had to talk to Linda about the rent. Linda wants to delay paying rent for her CROWN unit without accruing late fees and interest, until unit 13 is sold. Everyone was in favor, it was mentioned that Linda is doing many hours every month on the bookkeeping for Cohousing and CROWN. Right now we will do it on an informal basis, we will re-visit it in 3 months should that be necessary.
The realtor Mario Tycoon?, friend of Vicky's, is taking Linda's unit on a for sale by owner basis, she is getting 3 percent commission. Was here several times on the grounds, is getting to know us.
